Tesvian provides a Tesla vehicle management platform that allows you to:

• Monitor vehicle status and performance

• Manage fleet operations

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your Tesla account credentials are valid
• Complying with all applicable laws

Limitation of Liability

Tesvian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
